Happy Birthday to Wai Keong, Lisa and Pui Kwan!

Celebrated belated Wai Keong's birthday, actual Lisa's birthday and advance Pui Kwan's birthday.

So, where did we went? We went the Pitstop café which is located near Clark Quay. Anyway, it was Audrey who lead the way =D

So, who went for the celebration? Lots of people! =D with the 3 December babies. Me (Daphne) Audrey, Shalee, Si Wei, Zhang Hao, Guo Wai, Guang Hao, Fazillah and Ginnette.

Had our dinner there too, it's come with soup of the day, main course, a drink and 2 hours of gaming it just only cost less than 20 dollar. It's a great deal to grab. =D

We spilt into 2 group (Shalee, Wai Keong, Guo Wai, Zhang Hao, Si Wei and Guang Hao) and (me, Audrey, Lisa, Puik, Fazillah and Ginnette) since I'm doing this entry therefore I will be talking on what we are playing than the other group. Opp!

While waiting for the food to be serve… but Puik and Guang Hao food came when most of us finish our food! x) Si Wei came like an hour later where Zhang Hao left to attend some matter.

This suppose to be a shot of Fazillah only, but how come she's being block?

And finally she manage to squeeze in to join them.

All time Favorite game..

We played a series of games in here. Some is fun, some are just sabotage your friends, some just make you grab that stupid glass hours aka wood.

First game =)
First Hand.

All you have to do is to do the action that is seen from the card. Some actions are impossible to do and it require you to do another action. We look like one bunch of monkey doing that and have a fun time seeing one another doing silly actions. Fazillah and Lisa are the winners of this game! Why? Cause they got the most cards. So how we get the most cards? By doing the wrong actions! =D

Up next. Imaginiff

This is a game to test how well you know your friends and how well you can sabotage your friends. A series of questions will be asked. E.g if -name- is a animal what would it be? Total of 6 choices to be choose. Most votes choices are allow to move 1 step. The winner is Fazillah, cause she know us well, or sabotage us?

Lastly.. We played Sandwich and I forgot the name. once played before therefore I think I can skip that.

On the other hand, the other group played a game which require them to snatch the dog bone. They seem to be very violent in that game. Poor Shalee who seem to lost the game quite a lot and drank many cups of water.

Most importantly is the cake cutting session. =D Guang Hao actually place 3 reburn candles onto the cake. We thought they would have a hard time blowing off the candles but it's wasn’t, it was gone within.. Er.. Seconds?

We walked back to Clarke Quay, The Central. Found a corner near the river and started to sing camp song. Er nope, I just kidding, it was Si Wei who started it out first. Anyway, we had a fun time playing animal games. Begin with Si Wei, End with Si Wei, Stuck at Si Wei. His butterfly action seem not to be working. x)

I hope the Lisa had enjoyed her day that day! =D

Steamboat for Audrey 20th Birthday.

First of all, let's start by wishing Audrey an advanced, HAPPY 20th BIRTHDAY.

We celebrated with her at Tian Tian Steamboat @ Bugis. Together we are, Audrey (the bithday girl), Daphne, Ginnette, Guang Hao, Guo Wai, Lisa, Pui Kwan, Shalee Si Wei and Zhang Hao.

We acted like so unreasonable customers because that person gave us an 8-seated table, while we have 10 people. Yes, we argued and argued. Haha, and INSISTED to change place. If not, we will leave. haha. Very unreasonable, I know.

In the end, WE WON!! haha. got a very big table. I think enough for 12 people. ^_^Y

And this is our 5 different soup, Corn soup x2, Wanton Chicken Soup x2, Fish Head Soup and Tom Yam Soup.

After eating for don't know how long, everyone is full. But there' still alot of food left. Didn't want to waste food, the guys played the "Number Game" to finish up the food. Loser eat the food.

Si Wei and Zhang Hao ate countless bowl of straw mushrooms. I guessed they will puke the moment they see mushroom. Lol.

After that, we actually walked all the way to National Library just to borrow their toilet. Haha.

And next, the time is still early, we decided to take a night walk at the henderson bridge. Daphne left home for FYP, while Fazillah joined us after work.

Guang Hao is s high for that day. He wanted to "rape" Zhang Hao that night.

We walked damn long just to see this tree. Haha. And then, we find our way out to Bukit Purmei. The journey to Bukit Purmei is fun, was singing and running and skipping down the slope.

And of course, the head count part. Zhang Hao was the commander for that night.

Shalee's 20th Birthday celebration

Happy 20th Birthday to Miss Shalee Teo!

Yeah, this is the very first time that we celebrated Shalee's birthday. Today's plan was to have dinner at Breeks and then to cut cake at Sentosa's Siloso beach.

Made a researvation at Breeks first while waiting for the others to arrive. (In case, there was no more seats for the total 13 of us)! =D

Dine in at Breeks at exactly 7pm. The 13 of us were Audrey, Daphne, Eric, Fazillah, Ginnette, Guang Hao, Guo Wai, Lisa, Pui Kwan, Shalee, Si Wei, Wai Keong and Zhang Hao.

Yes, after eating, all of us (except eric) went to Sentosa at around 8pm. I know it's rather stupid to go Sentosa at that hour. But it's the Birthday Girl's Wish, anyway.

We waited ages and ages for the tram to come, but it didn't. So we fed up and decidedto walk in ourselves. haha.

okay, look behind. all the guys were holding "joss stick" instead of light stick. haha. "offering" it to the ghost, shalee. LOL.

To keep the blog alive, I've decided to blog. I know this is quite long ago. But, nevermind right?

One last and final outings before the school starts for NP and SP friends.

Yes, we went for karaoke session in the morning with just part of the degree members.

Bought alot of foods, big bags small bags all were dragged up to his house. And then, we have to do the last minute preparation of food. come on people, let's distribute work.

Daphne and Audrey. The fats remover queen. Haha. All thanks to them, we ate healthy meats for the night. Lol.

Okay, besides all this. We still prepare alot of things, cut this and that, remove prawn shell (yucks), slice the fish, marinating the meat, made tasty syrup juice (inside full of puik, shalee and zhanghao's saliva =D) DON'T COMPLAIN, you all drank it already!!!

And lastly, we cooked delicious chicken soup leh. Not bad right, we knew how to cook soup. You think only mother know how to cook, we children also know, chey!

Let me tell you our secret recipe.
we buy 3 packets of ready-made chicken soup, pour it all into a pot, and boiled it. LOL.

HAHA. It's just that simple. You think what, we really pour in water, then put in all the ingredients and slowly boiled it for 2 to 3 hours? haha. Nah~ that too much of hassle.

We shall go on with our unhealthy chicken soup that is full of MSG. haha

Not long after, Desmond, Guang Hao and Guo Wai came. And then, after a couple of minutes, followed by Alice.

Foods are finally ready for MAKAN.

And Zhang Hao kept talking about his SHIT FYP PROJECT, As in, real SAI he is talking. Oh gosh, in the middle of our eating session. LOL.

This blog need some serious cleaning. =D and we are going to do that. Once again we are going to make this blog come alive. I shall start off with..

Outing!

Attendance List: Audrey, Daphne, Ginnette, Lisa, Pui Kwan and Wai Keong

Pui Kwan actually cant make it to the outing. But in the end, she manage to surprise us. But I think she is more craving to the food than to meet us.

Anyway, we had dinner at Essential Brews on last Wednesday which located at Holland Village. Lisa has been complaining that the distance walking to the restaurant is l-o-n-g. Well, we got to pay a price for having a great dinner by walking.

I'm sure all of us enjoy our food. Especially Audrey, beside having the Chicken set meal, she had an additional of Fish and Chip from someone who kindly donated the food to her. Lol! Well, better than wasting food right?

We sat there for quite long, we discuss on our graduating trip after poly. Till now I have no idea why Hong Kong is consider the further place we can go. Remember once someone ask. "What does Langkawi have? " Wai Keong actually reply. "Got "Lang" got "Car" got "wind" lor" cold joke he had. x)

We even reshuffle the people in degreeians. We are not long called the 16Degreeians but instead just degreeians. We form a committee, where the chairperson is Audrey! Who is in charge of the degreeians. She had no choice, we all voted for her. =D we have funny names like broadcaster which is Wai Keong, Food outing like Lisa and many more. The list is not with me if not I shall entry all our post. And me of course, I'm the one in charge of blogging if not I wont be blogging here. I'm just plain lazy =D

When it come to payment, we have a treasurer ! Presenting Audrey!

She is good in counting money *wink* actually, she just happen to sit there when the bill come. So she have no choice but to count the money =D

Walked aimlessly around Holland Village after dinner. Almost every corner of the village, eventually we found the shop we suppose to find but it was closed. But we took a random photo there!

I think I still cant blog lively and interesting like how puik blog, I shall learn from her next time. So Puik, next entry you shall blog it! =D

Yummy! The foods are delicious.

After eating, we talked, laughed, crapped there unwilling to leave the place. Then suddenly Ginnette stomach pain.

Very painful, I know! So in the end, we walked to Carrefour. Ginnette needs to buy Vitagen. haha. Good for digestion I guess.

After that, she really okay already.. Magic drink. And she's back to normal. so energetic. hahaha.

Walked and walked and we ended up in Toys "R" Us. Playing with all the toys inside. We went ultimate high and keep on playing with the mask, halloween hats, witch hats, sword, pink wig etc.

Sentosa 2007

Seems like no one are posting about the sentosa outings sia. haha. It's nearing to our coming next outings le wor.

Anyway, this is a late posts for the sentosa outings again. Its for the 7th march one. LOL.

14 of us went for sentosa outings. oh yay. (audrey, daphne, ginnette, guanghao, eric, fazillah, joel, lisa, saravanan, shalee, shashi, siwei, zhanghao and me).

Everyone meet at the harbourfront mrt station and have out last minutes of buying food at the giant there. haha. then took sentosa express --> tram --> siloso beach! Our destination. haha.

Put down all our stuffs, and we started off with playing volleyball, then to frisbee!! After all those fun, most of us jumped down into the sea! haha. 2 people were sabo by the guys sia.

Audrey was one of them. haha. A pity, so tall of her... but still being pushed down into the sea. the 2nd person was LISA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA..

oops.. Shhhh.. we took this while Audrey and Lisa went to dry themselves up.. haha

The most interesting game was the "Indian Poker" game. haha. Everyone chose one card and put on top of our head, we can see everyone's card except our own card. This depends on others to give you hints whether you should change card or remain!

However, your friends can help you, but at the same time, they can SABO you too. haha.. whoever's card have the biggest number or smallest number will have to do forfeit.

The first victim -- ERIC.. His forfeit is to stand up and dance like a moron for 10 seconds.

the second victim -- JOEL.. His forfeit is to find one tree and do pole-dancing.

The third victim -- DAPHNE and GINNETTE. Their forfeit is to walk on 3 legs.

The fourth victim -- ERIC, SARAVANAN and ZHANG HAO! Their forfiet very interesting.. Sara acts as a pole, eric and zhanghao were to be pole-dancers!

The fifth victims -- FAZILLAH and LISA! Their forfeit really make us laugh like ~~~~~~~~ They had to roll like an egg one round.

Hey sorry for late blogging. Ok this is blogged for the steamboat outing on the 3rd of march(saturday). haha. A total of 14 of us (alice, andy, audrey, daphne, eric, ginnette, guanghao, lisa, matthew, saravanan, siwei, waikeong, zhang hao and me!) were having our chinese new year steamboat at shalee's house!

Most of us reached at around 2pm plus plus. While waiting for others to arrive, some of the guys played playstation, some played cards, some played mahjong and the rest were all watching movie, protege.

After eating, we stayed until 7 plus then head off to vivo city walk walk. Next, after walking for long, we went to one corner and sit, and then it was pictures pictures and more pictures!

Omg, its my turn to blog... i dunnoe wat to write lei =.=

Hmm anyway, i think first of all, a merry christmas to everyone. ^^ I know christmas was sort of like 2 days ago but i think i'm still having the post christmas mood and not to forget we spend our christmas celebration @ the chalet. I have fun, u all have fun too rite?

On the 25th, we all meet and gather at tiong with big and small bags at 4pm. We looked like those illegal immigrants sitting at one corner waiting for each other. After like one hour later, at 5pm, we travel all the way to Pasir ris, and packing our stuff, we begin to feel hungry.

So ta-daa this was our lunch of the day!~
It was funny that 8 ppl share one packet of potato chip. Looks like we r all starving.

But then 2 packets of potato chips sure not enough. So some of us went out to buy lunch back, or rather dinner. And when everyone was back, including Andy (no idea when he arrived one?) we start to have our dinner inside the small room. Pity us all sitting on the floor to eat.

After that some played PS2, some played board game, Risk. Everyone start attacking Shalee. Look below.. haha

After playing too much risk, we use the pieces as money for our illegal gambling den!

At around 1am or what. The Risk game have to stop because some want to sleep already. Then we 3 girls climb to the bed to sleep BUT all can't get to sleep because of Siwei's giggling. The guys all crowd there to continue playing pokercard. And the bed keeps shaking so no choice all woke up find foods to eat. Andy is the pro one, he has been eating non-stop ever since he stepped into the room. Firstly, he ate bread with kaya spread, then potato chips, then 2 cups of cup noodle, then peanut and he's still asking for more. So I sitting near the fridge open it and find food for him, there I saw this one whole packet of small tomato. Showed it to him, and he still wants to eat. Omg. Is he really so hungry?

Then around 4am plus, almost everyone went to sleep already. The "survival panda" for the day was Jia Hao, Wai Keong and me. We were the last to sleep. We played game, talking and so on. Then abit boring already. We wait for 6am and on television. For what? Waiting for "Majulah Sinagpuar" to play on TV. haha. This song woke almost everyone up. Lol.

After that, really nothing to do already and it's getting tired. So we climbed up to bed to sleep. Shalee has to PAY EXTRA. She occupied one big bed herself. haha. From sleeping at the corner, slowly shifted herself to the middle. And with her smelly pillow, no one dares to sleep with her.

On the 26th, BBQ day!~ Everyone woke up at 10am plus. But sadly, it was raining the whole day since yesterday's night. Some of us went out to buy lunch back to eat, left Pui Kwan, Waikeong, Zhang Hao and me went out to eat because we are going to Bedok there to take our Satay, Otah, Beehoon, bla bla. Take a cab back and Audrey and Ginnette arrived already, but then Ginnetter was down there sleeping =.='' Daphne and Pei Ying also reached a little while later. The disturbing Shalee also starts here with her favourite lines, "Wo Bu Shi Ni Maid hor (I'm not your maid hor)"

We are all looking forward to the bbq food, however the rain never stop. No matter how hard we pray or zhi wo an wei, the rain never stop. But the BBQ must go on no matter rain or shine!~ But lucky before that we called Audrey to ask whether she has waterproof tent or what, if not today really don't need bbq liao.
so we clever people build a shelter above the bbq pit and we bbq in the rain. Let the picture do the talking then =D

The last 3 guests, Eric, Matthew and Run Sheng arrived as well with the help of Ginnette and Shalee to fetch them. haha.

Due to heavy rain, all the job, including removing shell for the prawns, wrap fillet, prawns and stingray with aluminium foil, wash all the food, etc, all have to be done in the temporary kitchen, TOILET. Look below. Proof.

We are the winner k. Heavy rain leh plus the tent is giving us a little problem, and our bbq still goes on. Walked around and NO ONE is really bbq-ing EXCEPT for us. Haha. Look at the "beautifully cooked" chicken wings.

All of us feel that the tent can't hold on any longer already because got one corner where we used 2 pieces of leaves to tie one already came lose. But lucky got 3 umbrellas to block, so when it really loosen down, the water did not came down to the fire. Phew~ But the tent itself also can't hold on already, the water is pulling it down no matter how we drained the water. So we get ALL the foods inside and cooked all at one go.

At around 10 plus, Daphne, Eric, Matthew and Run Sheng left to catch the last bus here. Then at around 11, Jia Hao left as well. So only left the 11 of us.

YES. At 11 plus going to be 12. We decleared BBQ OVER!! Hurray. Everyone went for a shower first before gathered together to have our nice bbq supper.

At 2am plus. Perhaps after being drench too much by the rain while bbqing + someone being a little drunk, all went abit crazy and was taking pictures like mad o.0 But it was fun and hilarious.

And lastly, we ended our day with a christmas xchange. Look at the amount of presents!~ At last, everyone went to sleep at 3am.

On the 27th. All were forced to wake up at 9am. Have our wonderful breakfast, strawberry cake. Guang Hao bought for Ginnette one. Then all busy packing our stuffs ready to go off le. Abit can't bear to part with the place. Took bus back to Whitesand and have our breakfast at the Foodcourt there. After that took train back to Tiong Bahru.

I think i should end here. I just posted alot of photos, if it lags don't blame me ty =S. Anyway, 3D2N passes by so fast. I have lots of fun and enjoy myself even though its raining and having insufficient sleep. So looking forward to the next chalet!~ Hopefully, it will be a rainless day =D. Degreeians Steamboat outing!!

Today's post shall be a long one!! The weather today had played a fool with us. It started raining from 12 plus and finally stopped at 4pm. At first, all of us so panic, whether to cancel off the steamboat outing or change of plan. But luckily, the rain finally STOPPED!!

A total of 10 degreeians (Andy, Audrey, Daphne, Jia Hao, Lisa, Shalee, Si Wei, Wai Keong, Zhang Hao and me) are going for Marina Bay's steamboat. Was supposed to meet at Tiong Bahru Plaza at 4pm. But as usual I am late. Sorry guys! But ZH and SW even worse, they thought we are meeting at Bukit Merah Interchange. Gosh! In the end, we left Tiong for MRT at 4.30pm.

Reached there at around 4.55pm like that, we ignored the person who are giving out flyer to us and stick to our own plan to have our steamboat at Chin Huat Live Seafood (Zhen Fa Huo Hai Xian). We reached there very early tho, 5.10pm, not many people are there. The person found us one long rectangle table so as to fit us 10 people in. Their chairs there look rather disgusting sia, but still can sit right?
Haha.

Then everyone go grab our own food. We look as if we didn't have food for the past few days! Everyone start grilling and boiling their food. After that, we decided to get our live crabs and prawns. We are the murderer for the day! Haha. The person very cruel, he grabbed one crab up and karate chop it down from it's stomach!! Gross! And followed by another. He karate chop a total of 4 craps, lining up from big to small.

Then he threw it to us to settle it OURSELVES!! Omg! Audrey was the heroin! She is the one who stood out and volunteer to remove shell, chop it into half and so on.. Omg, we are the murderer! We made the basin in big mess sia! The boys all so heartless one, never even come and help, they just came forward, grabbed the 2 box of LIVE prawns and left liao. But in the end, Zhang Hao came for our rescue!! haha. Ok, you are the real hero.. For today only!! Lol

After eating for hours, Wai Keong starts to be an idiot saying "I want eat rice! I want eat rice! Lol. And the herbal soup Shalee cooks, make us all laugh dao stomach pain. We are the high class people k, we stand up and eat one.. Lol. Eat until super full that time, we slack there and played the 'Number game'. The loser must drink one spoon of Tao suan with "special added ingredients". Who kena? *raise up your hand*!!

We sat there for 3 hours plus plus and then willingly left for arcade to play! Played for awhile only, then take bus 400 back to Marina Bay MRT. Took MRT back to City Hall, and a last minute decision, we decided to go Esplande to walk walk!! Majority of us went ki siao, we were bombing each other with our "third language", German, French, Japanese, Korean, Tamil, etc. We talked like this which no one could understand all the way to Esplanade. Bought ice-cream and drinks and sat one place to rot, there super noisy, everywhere playing music. In the end, we end up playing OST of goong from our handphone AND also our degreeians' SUPERSTAR Shalee's best song "When You Believe".. At last we left at 11pm!!

Well just wanna tell u that, me and the others at RP will be going to Seoul Garden this Monday la k. haha..

As I will be having my O levels paper on Monday, I will be heading to causeway point by myself la. most probably I ll leave my house at 315pm la. reach there will be just nice one! Hehe..

So sms me if u can make it la. well, the reason for this eat out coz I have been fasting for the past 1 month mah so decide to reward myself with Seoul la. then its been a long time since me, gin,lisa and Audrey eat lunch outside le. Sad. Last time in semester we use to eat outside after school.Cavana, Pizza Hut and Swensens la. so now since we have got the time and before we all go busy again with the mid semester, wanna take a break la.

What we do there is probably eat till we drop and talk crap haha. Hey! Its been long since we all eat at seoul together rite.

A day at Vivo City

This entry should be for 24th October 2006, but the entry is late. But no one does really care right? So this entry is posted by Daphne! Let's get started.

Went Vivo City today, a total of 7 + 1 people went. Why 7 + 1? Cause one of them is not in the family you see. So which 7? Of course, got me inside! And then, we have up next Lisa! My chanchan! And Ginnette, and Zhang Hao, and Si Wei, and Shalee and Pui Kwan. Woah sounds so broken English, but it's alright! Since my English is broken anyway. Where the + 1? Arh, that's how Sally name came about. And there it goes. 7 + 1! Cool huh? Maybe we have +2, +3 and so on!

We suppose to meet at 3pm at HarbourFront interchange (let's take away Lisa and Ginnette), but end up we set off at 4. why? Cause Shalee was late. That's why! Set off to Vivo City, spot Lisa and Ginnette at some level. But they were still busy selling stuffs. So, we decided to leave them alone and off we went to the park outside. And we took a photo of it!

We slack some places while waiting for Lisa and Ginnette to come. After 3568345683456384 seconds, they finally arrived! Which mean. DINNER TIME but sadly to say, all 3 food courts are pack with humans. And we are unable to have our dinner in peace and harmony. Therefore, we suggested that we should go Long John Silver for a takeaway and ate at the open area at level 3. After queuing up for 47568356 seconds again, we bought our meals and ate there.

We slack there for quite a long time. Why? Hmmm, well because we are trying to think of a name for our clique. Finally, after 3537983 seconds we decided to name us.. *point to the picture at the blog* yup *nod nod* and beside that we are planning for something else. What is it? Hmm, guess it yourself!
